If you enjoy any type of healthy activity, then the NB Leisure Trust Activity Pass is for you! Our Activity Pass incorporates the Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council Passport to Leisure Scheme which offers reduced rates for almost all leisure activities in the borough!

What are the Benefits?

Subject to the Passport to Leisure conditions overleaf, if you reside within the borough of Nuneaton and Bedworth and aged 8 or over you can apply for your Activity Pass incorporating PTL NOW! It entitles you to either free use or special concessionary rates on a wide range of sports and leisure activities.
Children under the age of 8 are entitled to free use of a selection of activities when accompanied by a parent/guardian or adult aged 16 years and over with a valid Passport to Leisure subscription. Terms & conditions apply.
The advance booking facility which Activity Pass holders are entitled to gives you flexibility in planning your sports activities six days in advance. The card can also be used as a deposit for equipment and online booking! Booking Policy Procedures can be viewed at the Leisure Centres.

How to Apply

All applications require proof of residence including children - even if they make applications at the same time as yourself.
New Applicants

  • Complete the application form.
  • Proof of residency is also required, as detailed under “General Information” that shows BOTH your name and address.
  • Provide the administration charge, currently £10.00 (1/4/09) to cover the cost of registration. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Nuneaton & Bedworth Leisure Trust’. All cheques must have a cheque guarantee number and expiry date detailed on the back.
  • Be prepared for a receptionist to take your photograph.

Renewal of P.T.L Subscription

  • Complete the application form.
  • An administration charge, currently £10.00 (1/4/09) will be made for all renewals. You must provide proof of residency as detailed under “General Information”.
  • Renewal applications can be accepted before your existing subscription has expired but you will lose the remainder of your current PTL subscription.

General Information

  • Proof of residence is needed to ensure that the PTL scheme is not abused and this can be one of the following: Council Tax Bill, any correspondence from the Pension Service, Child Benefit or Tax Credit Award Notice, Driving Licence, Medical Card or any other official documentation such as a utility bill that shows BOTH your name and your address. Your old Passport to Leisure will NOT be considered acceptable, neither will your birth certificate. Your proof of residence will be checked and handed back to you.
  • Take your application to one of the following: Pingles Leisure Centre, Bedworth Leisure Centre, Jubilee Sports Centre, Etone Sports Centre or Alderman Smith Sports Centre. We no longer accept postal applications.
  • Your application will be processed and provided all your details are correct, you will be issued with your NBLT Activity Pass incorporating Passport to Leisure.
  • Your card will be valid for up to 12 months.
  • Your Activity Pass will also be used as proof of any subscriptions to our health & fitness Easy Payment Schemes.
