 Customer Charter

NBLT are committed to offering you the best customer service possible. In order to achieve this we believe the following areas are key to raising our standards.

Health & Safety – Will always have our highest priority to ensure that your visit will be a safe and secure one.

· Every centre has at least one employee, qualified in first aid and approved in the use of defibrillators on duty at all times.
· All our crèches are OFSTED registered.

Employees - Will be dedicated to serving customers as quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily as possible.

· Will be friendly, professional and adequately skilled to help you get the most enjoyment and benefit from your visit.
· Our employees will be clearly identifiable by wearing appropriate uniform. 

Cleanliness – We will take pride in the appearance of the centres.

· Ensuring through regular inspections that they are clean, tidy and enjoyable places to visit at all times. 

Information - We will always have up-to-date information on our opening times, activities and prices available.

· We welcome suggestions on the quality and effectiveness of our service in order to help us continually develop and improve the service we offer.
· A duty manager is available at all public opening times to deal with all queries.
· Feedback forms will also be available at the centres and through our web site.

Activity– We will always try to offer services and products at a time and convenience that suits our customers.
