· Ensuring through regular inspections that they are clean, tidy and enjoyable places to visit at all times.
Information - We will always have up-to-date information on our opening times, activities and prices available.
· We welcome suggestions on the quality and effectiveness of our service in order to help us continually develop and improve the service we offer.
· A duty manager is available at all public opening times to deal with all queries.
· Feedback forms will also be available at the centres and through our web site.
